Hello everyone in this blog I will talk about my experience of Trailhead which was very positive from the few short courses that I have completed I can see the appeal and the use of doing small courses like this to help fill weaknesses in your skill set. The website was also very user friendly. Trailhead also gives you credentials when you finish a course which incentivises you to learn more and gives employers an understanding of how much you learned from the website
The first course I
done was a quick introduction on how to build an app for your company and how
to get them out on the market fast. It talked about what you can do on the
Customer 360 Platform and talked about how easy it is to use. This knowledge
and course would be very useful to companies that are looking to set up an app
but don’t know where to start.
For my second course I learned about design thinking and
how large companies are using it for solutions, services, experiences, and
business models. I learned how design thinking focuses and creating a deep
empathy with the end user and try catering to their needs to find a solution
best for them and how to implement this into your sales to create a greater
sales pitch and sales strategy.
I learned about CRM Analytics for my third course. I learned about how you can use it easily manage data, use analytics on the software to get a greater understanding of the data and how to use AI-powered apps from scratch or use prebuilt templates to use on the data to make informed business decisions.
Overall, my experience of Trailhead was very positive and
can see this becoming more popular in the future and for employers to look out
for it from employee candidates. From my short experience of Trailhead, it is
easy and free to use, and I would recommend it to people looking to fill
weaknesses in their skills.
